🔄 How to Transfer Tixr Tickets

First, connect and refresh your Tixr account.

1. Send the Tickets

1. Open the event in My Tickets.
2. Select eligible tickets from the same Tixr account.
3. Click Actions → Transfer.
4. Enter the recipient's First Name, Last Name, and Email.
5. Click Transfer Ticket or Transfer Tickets (N). Enter your Master Password if asked.

Tixr decides which tickets can be transferred. Select tickets that are not already transferred or awaiting acceptance.

2. Check the Result

What happened	What to do
Offer sent	Ask the recipient to accept it through Tixr. Sent does not mean accepted.
Table unchanged	Reload the page; it does not reload automatically after sending.
Need current ticket information	Use My Tickets → Refresh → Tixr account.
Session expired	Use Accounts → Relogin, then retry.

Tickets from different orders create separate offers. If an error occurs, check Tixr before retrying: some offers may already have been sent.
