🔗 How to Use FanWallet Transfer Links

Use the FanWallet modal to generate FanWallet transfer links for eligible Ticketmaster France events.

📱 What This Flow Does​

  • Click Get Links at the bottom of the FanWallet modal to use the transfer flow
  • FanWallet transfers can be split across multiple sends
  • Do not leave only one ticket alone for the last transfer
  • The last transfer must include all remaining tickets from the wallet at the same time
  • Different tickets can use different first names and last names if needed, including the last 2 tickets sent together

🧭 Steps to Use FanWallet Transfer Links​

1. Access My Tickets​

  • Go to My Tickets
  • Make sure your tickets are fully loaded

2. Select Your Tickets​

  • Check the boxes next to the tickets you want to transfer
  • You can select multiple tickets from the same event

3. Open FanWallet​

  • Click on Actions → FanWallet
  • The FanWallet modal opens with both sharing and transfer actions
  • Click Get Links to use the FanWallet transfer flow
  • Use Share instead if you want a Tikey QR share link

5. Follow the FanWallet Transfer Rule​

  • You can transfer tickets separately at first
  • You must not leave one ticket alone as the only remaining ticket for the final transfer
  • Your last transfer must include all remaining tickets in the wallet together

Example with 4 tickets​

  • ✅ Allowed: transfer ticket 1, then ticket 2, then transfer tickets 3 and 4 together in the last transfer
  • ✅ Allowed: transfer tickets 1 and 2 first, then transfer tickets 3 and 4 together in the last transfer
  • ✅ Allowed: transfer ticket 1 first, then transfer tickets 2, 3, and 4 together in the last transfer
  • ❌ Not allowed: transfer tickets 1, 2, and 3 separately if that leaves ticket 4 alone as the only remaining ticket for the last transfer

With 4 tickets, all 4 are transferable, but you should always keep at least 2 tickets together for the last FanWallet transfer. The last 2 tickets can still use different first names and last names.

Example with 3 tickets​

  • ✅ Allowed: transfer ticket 1 first, then transfer tickets 2 and 3 together in the last transfer
  • ✅ Allowed: transfer all 3 tickets together in one transfer
  • ❌ Not allowed: transfer tickets 1 and 2 separately if that leaves ticket 3 alone as the only remaining ticket for the last transfer

With 3 tickets, all 3 are transferable, but the last transfer cannot leave 1 ticket alone. If your last transfer contains 2 tickets, those 2 tickets can still use different first names and last names.

Example with 2 tickets​

  • ✅ Allowed: transfer tickets 1 and 2 together
  • ❌ Not allowed: transfer ticket 1 first if that leaves ticket 2 alone as the only remaining ticket for the last transfer

With 2 tickets, both tickets must be transferred together, and those 2 tickets can still use different first names and last names.

6. Use Different Names If Needed​

  • Each ticket can use a different first name and last name
  • This also applies when the final transfer contains the last 2 tickets together
  • Prepare the names carefully before sending the transfer links

💡 Tips​

  • Use How to Share FanWallet QR Codes if you need the Tikey QR share flow instead
  • The transfer rule only affects the final transfer grouping
  • If you have 4 tickets, you can still split early transfers as long as the last transfer includes every remaining ticket
  • If your last transfer contains 2 tickets, those 2 tickets can still have different first names and last names

❓ Troubleshooting​

Final Transfer Not Working?​

  • Check that you are not trying to leave one ticket alone for the final transfer
  • Retry the last transfer by sending all remaining tickets together
