Open the matching guide:
- Refresh AXS or Ticketmaster →
- Associate a My Listings record from My Tickets →
- Add a manual listing or sale →
Simple rule: the listing comes from My Listings, but you associate it from selected tickets in My Tickets. AXS and Ticketmaster use Refresh, not Associate.
Select and read the tickets
- Open Inventory → My Tickets, then open the event.
- Select the correct ticket rows.
- Click Actions → Edit and expand Listings & sales.
- Check the selected or linked ticket count before any action.
A record is Tikey Manager's saved view of a listing or sale. It does not change anything on the marketplace.
- Connected records appear in the connected area.
- Records you typed appear under Other marketplace records.
The window may be titled Associate listing in both cases:
- Connected platform links a listing already imported into My Listings.
- Other marketplace creates a manual Tikey-only record.

Connected records update when you refresh their source. Manual records are entered and maintained by you.
Before you save
- Enter a price per ticket, not the full order total.
- Check the currency.
- If Eligible and Skipped counts appear, confirm how many selected tickets will actually be changed.
- Refresh connected sources before creating a manual fallback.
These actions update Tikey Manager and Finance only. They do not publish, edit, cancel, refund, or contact buyers on a marketplace.
Need to correct something or understand totals? Open Fix Records and Use Finance.
