📲 How to Share FanWallet QR Codes

Use the FanWallet modal to create a Tikey QR share link for a ticket.

📱 What Each Action Does​

  • Click Share QR link on a ticket to create its Tikey QR share page
  • After the link is created, the row displays Copy QR link and Refresh QR link
  • Click Copy QR link to copy the generated Tikey link again
  • Click Refresh QR link to update the latest FanWallet info, such as a new QR or displayed name
  • Use Create transfer links only for the ownership-transfer flow described in How to Use FanWallet Transfer Links
  • The QR code is usually available well in advance, so you can share earlier

🧭 Steps to Share FanWallet QR Codes​

1. Access My Tickets​

  • Go to My Tickets
  • Make sure your tickets are fully loaded

2. Select Your Tickets​

  • Check the boxes next to the tickets you want to share
  • You can select multiple tickets from the same event

3. Open FanWallet​

  • Click on Actions → Download FanWallet
  • The FanWallet modal opens with both sharing and transfer actions

4. Use Share QR Link to Create a Tikey Page​

  • Find the ticket you want to share
  • Click Share QR link on its row to create the Tikey page for that QR

In the annotated screenshot, marker 5 is Share QR link. Marker 4 shows the controls available for an existing QR share page.

  • Use Create transfer links only if you want to transfer ownership instead
  • Clicking Share QR link creates the Tikey ticket share link
  • The created link opens the shared Tikey ticket page shown below
  • This is the page the recipient uses to view the shared QR code
  • You can also use this shared QR page as the final delivery format: take a screenshot of it or save it as a PDF, depending on how you want to deliver the ticket

  • After the link is created, the ticket row displays Copy QR link and Refresh QR link
  • Click Copy QR link to copy the generated Tikey link again and send it to the recipient
  • Click Refresh QR link to update the latest FanWallet info on that ticket, such as a new QR or a new displayed name

7. Use the Right Output​

  • Use the per-ticket Tikey link when you want to share the QR directly
  • Use Share QR link, Copy QR link, and Refresh QR link for the Tikey QR share flow
  • Use How to Use FanWallet Transfer Links if you need FanWallet transfer links instead

🧾 QR Availability and Refresh​

  • FanWallet QR codes are now usually available well ahead of the event
  • You can create the share link early instead of waiting for the last minute
  • If the QR code or other FanWallet data is updated later, use Refresh QR link to sync the latest data shown on the shared ticket page

🔄 Managing Shared QR Links​

After creating a link, keep these rules in mind:

Open My Links and select FanWallet to find, copy, open or delete an existing QR share link.

  • Keep the link if the current QR data is already correct
  • Use Refresh QR link if FanWallet later updates the QR code, the display name, or other ticket data
  • Use Copy QR link whenever you want to copy the existing Tikey link again

  • Each share link is unique to the ticket data it was created from
  • QR codes are typically available well in advance now
  • If FanWallet refreshes the QR data or displayed name, click Refresh QR link
  • Make sure to send the correct link to the correct person

  • Check that the event is eligible for FanWallet link generation
  • If the shared page looks outdated, click Refresh QR link and then try Copy QR link again

Can't See FanWallet Option?​

  • Only available for Ticketmaster France events
  • Event must support FanWallet app for ticket delivery
  • Make sure your tickets are fully loaded before attempting
