Refreshing Your Tickets

1. Go to the Tickets Page:​

2. Refresh Your Tickets:​

  • Click the blue "Refresh" button at the top-right corner.

3. Select an Account or Retailer:​

  • Choose the account you want to refresh from the dropdown.
  • OR select "Refresh All" to reload tickets from the entire retailer.

4. Wait for Loading to Finish:​

  • Wait for the success confirmation. The My Tickets list updates automatically.

5. Important Note:​

  • If it’s a new event, some details might take a little longer to appear while the platform adds the event information. Wait a few moments for processing to finish.
  • Refreshing a linked Fnac Spectacles account checks the current ticket QR codes.
  • If Fnac changed a barcode, Tikey updates the QR behind the existing active share link without changing its URL.
  • The recipient must reload or reopen an already-open shared page to see the updated QR.
