How to Import Tickets

Use CSV or manual entry to add ticket records to My Tickets.

Inventory only

Importing tickets does not connect a ticketing account or enable provider actions such as Ticketmaster transfer, recall, or live barcode retrieval. The email field is stored information; it does not link the ticket to an account.

Need transfers or other provider actions?

  1. Add your ticketing account under Tickets Accounts (for example, Ticketmaster).
  2. Go to My Tickets → Refresh and select that account to fetch its tickets.
  3. Select the fetched tickets and open Actions. Available actions depend on the provider and ticket eligibility; see the Ticketmaster transfer guide.

Linking an account does not convert CSV or manual records into connected tickets. Use the tickets fetched from the account for provider actions.

CSV import

  1. Open My Tickets and click Import → CSV Import.
  2. Search for events, select the correct dates, and click Download Custom CSV.
  3. Fill in one row per ticket. Keep the template’s column names and eventId values.
  4. Upload the completed CSV and submit. A ready-made CSV can be uploaded directly.

Enter face value as an amount, such as 65, and currency separately, such as EUR.

Manual entry

  1. In Import, switch to Manual Entry and select the event and date.
  2. Enter the email, seat details, currency, and face value. Set the quantity and check the generated seat preview.
  3. Click Submit Manual Tickets to add the records to your inventory.
