🔄 How to Transfer Tickets

Tikey allows you to transfer eligible tickets directly to another user — without logging into the original platform.

Fnac uses claim links

Fnac does not use the recipient form below. Select the eligible ticket, open Actions → Fnac transfer links, and generate one claim link per ticket. Follow How to Transfer Fnac Tickets for the complete flow.

🧭 Steps to Transfer a Ticket

1. Go to My Tickets

2. Select the ticket(s) from the list

3. Click on Actions → Transfer

4. Fill in:

   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Email address of the recipient
   • Ticketmaster: fill the recipient email first, then use saved verification or enter the sending account's email OTP. See the illustrated steps.

5. Click Transfer Ticket

For Ticketmaster, check recipient acceptance in the live provider details or Transfer Proof. Tikey's Transferred label alone does not confirm acceptance.

📦 Special Case: Ticketmaster FR (FanWallet)

For some TM FR events using FanWallet:

• Open Actions → Download FanWallet
• Click Share QR link to create a Tikey QR share page without transferring the ticket
• Use Copy QR link to copy that page again and Refresh QR link to update its QR information
• Select one or more active tickets and click Create transfer links for the ownership-transfer flow
• Enter a first and last name for every selected ticket; different tickets can have different recipients
• The previous remaining-ticket restriction is deprecated: the last eligible ticket can be transferred by itself
• Use Refresh status after a recipient accepts, then open Transfer proof if you need a downloadable JPG or PNG

📬 Webhook Notification

If you've configured a Discord webhook in your Settings, you'll receive updates like:

• ✅ Transfer started
• ✅ Transfer completed
• ❌ Transfer failed

Make sure your Discord webhook is active and saved.

✅ Tips

• For AXS and SeeTickets, transfers are near-instant
• For TM FR, Share QR link and Create transfer links are separate flows. The last eligible FanWallet ticket can be transferred by itself
• If the transfer is not available, double-check the event region or platform rules
