🚀 First Setup

Here’s a quick checklist to get up and running with Tikey. By the end of this page, you’ll have:

  • your Whop account linked (for Discord support and subscription)
  • a sales marketplace connected (currently Viagogo)
  • your proxies ready for logins
  • a Captcha key configured (recommended)
  • optionally a Master Password for extra security

Tikey uses Whop for subscription management and access to the support Discord server.

  • Open Tikey → Settings → Subscription then click Link
  • Sign in on Whop.com and confirm
  • Your Discord roles will be fetched automatically

Most logins (e.g., Ticketmaster) require proxies to avoid blocks/captchas.

  • Go to Account → Proxies Manager
  • Create a proxy group (e.g., FR, Mobile, DC)
  • Import your proxies in the format IP:PORT:USER:PASS

To publish listings and sync your sales, first connect one marketplace.

  • Open Account Manager
  • Click + Link Accounts under “Main Accounts (Marketplaces)”
  • Choose Viagogo and connect your account
  • If you have multiple Viagogo accounts, mark one as Primary (⋮ → Use Account)

4. Set up the Captcha key (Capsolver)​

Some bulk logins or platforms trigger captchas. Configure a Capsolver key to automate solving.

  • Create a Capsolver account and get your API key
  • In Tikey → Settings → Captcha Key → paste the key then Save

5. Link your Tickets accounts (AXS, Ticketmaster, …)​

Once your proxies are ready, add your buying/storage accounts to centralize your tickets.

  • Go to Account Manager → + Link Accounts under “Tickets Accounts”
  • Select the region (e.g., TMFR, TMUK, AXSUS, …)
  • Choose your proxy group
  • Enter email + password then Login

If the classic login fails (captcha/anti-bot), use Cookie Mode instead.

6. (Optional) IMAP for password resets​

For Ticketmaster, Tikey can automate password resets via IMAP (automatic email retrieval). Super handy for onboarding.

  • Generate an App Password (Gmail recommended)
  • Add the account in Account Manager → IMAP Manager
  • Assign the IMAP to your Ticketmaster accounts and trigger Reset Password when needed

7. (Optional) Master Password for extra security​

The Master Password adds an extra layer of security to accessing your accounts

  • Enable it from your Settings (if available in your space)
  • It will be requested during sensitive actions or critical logins

Best practice: never share your Master Password.
