๐ŸŽซ How to Import Tickets

Tikey allows you to import your tickets manually or in bulk using a CSV file.
This is useful when you've received tickets externally and want to list them efficiently.

๐Ÿ“ Step 1: Open the Import Ticket Modalโ€‹

  1. Go to https://www.tikeymanager.com/mytickets
  2. Click the โ€œImportโ€ button in the top-right corner.

โœ… Tips & Notesโ€‹

  • ๐ŸŸฆ You must select an event first โ€” this applies to both CSV and manual inputs
  • ๐Ÿ“ง The email is used to assign the ticket to the correct account
  • ๐Ÿงฉ Do not mix up column headers or add extra columns
  • ๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ Ensure section, row, and seat match exactly with the ticketโ€™s real info
