Refreshing Your Tickets

1. Go to the Tickets Page:​

2. Refresh Your Tickets:​

  • Click the blue "Refresh" button at the top-right corner.

3. Select an Account or Retailer:​

  • Choose the account you want to refresh from the dropdown.
  • OR select "Refresh All" to reload tickets from the entire retailer.

4. Wait for Loading to Finish:​

  • Refresh the page after loading is complete to see your tickets.

5. Important Note:​

  • If it’s a new event, the system might spin after refreshing the page. This happens because the platform is still adding essential event details. Wait a few moments and refresh again.
