How to Link Accounts

Linking your accounts is the first step to enabling Tikey to manage your ticketing and marketplace operations.

🎯 Account Types​

There are two sections in the Account Manager:

🏪 Main Accounts (Marketplaces)​

These are platforms where you sell tickets:

  • Viagogo
  • StubHub
  • Gigsberg
  • Ticombo

🎟️ Tickets Accounts​

These are platforms where you buy or store tickets:

  • AXS
  • Eventim
  • Roland Garros
  • SeeTickets
  • Ticketmaster

🔗 How to Link Accounts​

Step 1: Go to the Account Manager​

  • Click the blue + Link Accounts button (either on the left or right, depending on the type of account)
  • A popup will ask for credentials based on the platform you choose

Step 3: Choose the Platform​

Select which platform you want to connect, then fill in:

  • Email / Username
  • Password
  • Any required 2FA or cookies depending on the platform

⭐ Viagogo Specific Instructions​

When adding Viagogo accounts:

  • After importing your Viagogo accounts, you must choose one primary account
  • Click the three-dot menu next to the account and select Use Account
  • This will mark the account as Primary, which Tikey uses for:
    • Auto-listing
    • Exporting your sales
    • Fetching your live inventory

⚠️ It is very important to keep your Viagogo credentials up to date.
If you change your password, click “Change Password” in the same menu to update it in Tikey.

🧼 Managing Accounts​

  • Click the Delete All button to remove all accounts for a platform
  • Or use the ⋮ menu next to any account to:
    • Set as primary
    • Export sales
    • Change password
    • Delete

✅ Best Practices​

  • Use one primary Viagogo account at a time
  • Keep your credentials updated for all platforms
  • Link your buying accounts (Ticketmaster, AXS…) and selling accounts (Viagogo, StubHub…) to unlock full automation
