📊 Tikey Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is your main hub to monitor your ticketing activity and stay on top of your business performance in real-time.

🚀 What You See​

The Dashboard provides a high-level view of:

  • 💰 Total Revenue (linked to your marketplace accounts)
  • 🎟️ Total Tickets Sold
  • 📆 Monthly Payout (filtered by the selected month)
  • 📈 Cumulated Revenue Graph (interactive)

You can click Zoom Out to see the full history of sales across time.

To ensure accurate and real-time data:

🔄 Please make sure your accounts are linked and up to date
This includes keeping your credentials valid, and setting the primary account for each marketplace

🌐 Live Marketplace Data​

The Dashboard connects to your linked marketplace accounts, including:

  • ✅ Viagogo
  • ✅ StubHub
  • ✅ Ticombo
  • ✅ Gigsberg

🗓️ Monthly Payout Tracking​

Click the dropdown next to your payout (e.g. May 2025) to view monthly earnings
This helps track expected deposits from marketplaces.

Stay informed with the latest updates and activity:

  • 🟦 Tikey News tab shows platform announcements and changelogs
  • 🟩 Other tabs (Viagogo, StubHub...) will show platform-specific activity
